Digitization
In our Digitization Lab, we convert the resources from Wielkopolska’s public libraries into a digital form. We can digitize any materials we own a copyright on. We can also convert other collections for which we’ve received permission.
The digital collections are published in The Digital Library of Wielkopolska. In the library, you can find books, educational materials, newspapers, albums, chronicles, bibliographies, photographs, postcards etc., all presenting the cultural heritage of Wielkopolska.
The lab is equipped with a reprographic stand, modern scanner for digitizing negatives, microfilms and other items, camera, and a computer with specialized graphic software and printer.
Lab equipment was co-financed by The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage under the Kultura+ programme in 2012 and 2015.
